Thierry Robert
Executive director

 ESSEC Business School

Thierry ROBERT is a distinguished expert in strategic and digital transformations of corporations. Thierry's professional trajectory spans over two decades in high-level corporate roles at Altran and Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT). Since 2021, Thierry has embarked on a career as an interim executive. He primarily engages with executive committees, providing expert guidance on transformational processes, with a particular focus on complex situations and leveraged buyouts (LBOs).

Throughout his career, Thierry has demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate the intersection of technology, strategy, and organizational change. His expertise in digital transformation and strategic management has been instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence across diverse industries and global markets. 

Marc Mazodier
Professor of Marketing, 

  ESSEC Business School


Marc Mazodier teaches various undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive marketing courses. His academic research focuses on brand management and marketing communication efficacy. His work has been published in collective volumes and in leading academic journals such as Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research and Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science. In addition to his academic work, Marc has done consulting for companies from various sectors. He is Affiliate Researcher at the SAMS Institute (Sales & Marketing Strategy Institute). Marc has given several marketing research seminars in Europe, Asia, and Middle East. Marc is used to working with companies to maximize their marketing efforts thanks to AI applications. He will coach the students on their various projects. 


Aurélien Bouriot

Managing Director,     

Accenture

Aurélien Bouriot leads the Utilities & Energy Services practice at Accenture's Strategy & Consulting, where he has spearheaded large transformation programs and strategic studies over the past 20 years, focusing on organization, process optimization, cost reduction, change management, and digital acceleration. He has participated in global studies with Accenture Research, such as the "New Energy Consumer," and initiated partnerships in France with the French Association of Customer Relationship (AFRC) to highlight and explain the impact of digital technologies, data, and AI on customer services.

 

As a member of the strategic committee of the Chair in Strategic Business Analytics at ESSEC Business School, Aurélien promotes academic-industry collaborations that address real-world challenges using business analytics. He co-created the "SOLVE" program at ESSEC, which enhances students' problem-solving skills through a curriculum that integrates critical thinking, design thinking, and agile project management.

Fabrice MARQUE

Fabrice Marque is a seasoned expert in business strategy, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence. Formerly Managing Director at Accenture heading the Advanced Customer Strategy practice, he led strategy and transformation efforts for clients across various industries. With over 30 years of experience, he now dedicates his time to advising top executives on leveraging AI and technology to achieve strategic objectives. 

Fabrice is also an active business angel, investing in and mentoring startups in the tech sector, including unicorns. 

As the co-founder of the Accenture Strategic Business Analytics Chair at ESSEC, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of business analytics education. He also lectures on AI and digital transformation at leading institutions and large corporates.

Celia LECHA
    Chair Officer     

Reporting to the Chair's Holder as well as to the Dean's Department, she assists the Chair in the administrative and operational organization of teaching activities and events.

She puts students, professors and ESSEC staff in touch with each other.
